Delegate

Your Delegate Duties:

• Promote the monthly event(s) within your organization.
• Recruit volunteers and coordinate sign-ups.
• Share event details (time, location, supplies, safety) with volunteers.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the event.
• Collect and submit impact reports (volunteer counts, photos, stories).
• Participate in quarterly Delegate check-ins.
• Attend fundraising campaign training sessions.
• Set up and personalize your individual fundraising page, goal is $500 a semester, but is reevaluated for optimal success for each delegate.  
• Share campaign materials (social media posts, emails) to engage friends, family, and community.
• Encourage participation through challenges and outreach.
• Track your progress and update PPP leadership.
• Celebrate successes and help recognize top fundraisers.

If you are a member of a Recognized Student Organization (RSO), or Greek organization, we encourage you to register as a delegate to represent your fraternity, sorority,  or organization at our events. As a delegate, you will be responsible for encouraging fellow members to participate in our volunteer opportunities. By involving your organization, you’ll help create meaningful, lasting experiences while making a positive and tangible impact in the community.
